As a fitness and wellbeing coach I help my clients to look and feel amazing, recover from injury, perform better, get stronger, faster, fitter, slimmer or bigger – whatever their personal objectives might be.
My work is a passion. I provide quality training and education to improve the quality of life through coaching, nutrition and physical exercise. I enjoy the process – the way of leading a healthy lifestyle which is part of everyday life – having a healthy body and a healthy mind.
I help my clients with no rush, no fuss nutrition helping to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The key thing to understand about a change of diet is that this must be forever. The idea that you go on a diet, lose some weight and then can go back to what you were doing before simply does not work. I help to inspire my clients to discover what works for them. Instead of cutting out the food you love, why not figure out how to eat as much as possible while still getting results.
The optimal diet is one that maximizes satiation (reduces hunger) and satisfaction (reduces cravings) with the least amount of calories and the most convenience possible. This is highly personal and different for everyone. Following Diane’s Detox Diet or Kyle’s Keto Program or Pauly’s Paleo Plan is the wrong approach. Create a diet that works for you, taste good to you and fills you up. One that does not deprive or over indulge. That approach works but it wont be found in some one-size-fits-all approach…only you can create it for you, but I can help to inspire you to success.
